The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in-depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
2. Conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data-driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
3. Deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
4. Plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
5. Act as a key liaison in meetings with local partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross-team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.
