The TikTok Web Ads and Open-Loop E-Commerce team, part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization, is looking for a senior Product Manager, dedicated to building innovative advertising products for web ads and e-commerce clients. Our vision is to make TikTok the world-class platform for advertisers within these verticals by designing product solutions that drive their business growth within TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on needs of large advertisers to build custom/bespoke products and adding features to improving existing products
- Drive revenue growth from top marketplaces for web ads and e-commerce clients on TikTok by developing highly scalable machine learning products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end solutions, from product conception to launch to ongoing optimization.
- Analyze business challenges, identify client pain points, and prioritize product features to enhance advertiser activation, retention, and ARPA (average revenue per advertiser).
- Lead the development of ad solutions that prioritize product-matching strategies to deliver a higher return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients.
- Ensure compliance with user privacy regulations and promote responsible use of advertising signals.
- Work closely with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and other teams to leverage signals and enhance advertising performance products.
