The SMB Global Business Operation (GBO) team aims to establish and maintain OKR alignment, project management standards and best practices, ensuring that key strategic directions for Global SMB are executed efficiently. The GBO team works in close collaboration with Sales, Product and Marketing teams together to provide scalable solutions to our clients. We are building a team of self-starters, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have an appetite for learning, innovation, and are comfortable solving challenging problems, with the solutions to benefit SMB teams across global regions and markets. You will be responsible for defining project goals and scopes, driving clear and efficient communication across diverse functions and regions, continuously optimizing our business solutions for global clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and business-minded Senior Business Strategy Analyst to join TikTok’s SMB Ads team. In this role, you will support the strategic growth and operational excellence of our SMB advertising business through data insights, performance tracking, and business modeling.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to build analytical frameworks, track business health, surface actionable insights, and support key decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the design of lead management and growth strategies for SMB advertising, driving analysis and optimization across the full lead lifecycle (acquisition, segmentation, conversion);
- Build and enhance data analytics and monitoring frameworks for lead management, forming scalable methodologies and KPI systems;
- Explore high-value customer attributes and AI application opportunities, supporting strategy implementation and performance evaluation;
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to strengthen alignment in acquisition and conversion.
