Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Dispatcher located in Tsing Yi Terminal, Hong Kong. through October 24, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates optimized daily plans, process sales orders & delivery notes for fuel or lubricants products
• Coordinate delivery with customers, sales, operations and delivery contractors to ensure safety and reliability of the fleet operations
• Process stock inventory transaction in SAP; Support stock reconciliation of physical against book inventory, sales & delivery transactions
• Support product inventory replenishment, warehousing operations and other terminal administrative works, including filing, reporting and payment processing

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma, with 3-5 years of working experiences
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Well-organized, self-motivated, willing to work overtime and on shift
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge in SAP and accounting is a plus

Relocation Options:

• Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.

International Considerations:

• Selected candidates will work in Hong Kong under the local payroll system and benefits.
