Are you ready to bring your passion for people to a role that truly matters? Join Bay Audiology and help people rediscover the joy of hearing! We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Superstar to join our Upper Hutt, Wellington team in a Client Care Coordinator role.
This is no ordinary desk job — you’ll be the friendly face supporting clients on their hearing journey and making a genuine impact in your community.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Delivering gold-standard client care with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments and responding to enquiries
- Supporting hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting (we’ll train you!)
- Conducting hearing screening checks
- Handling consumable sales and invoicing
- Being the go-to support in the Upper Hutt clinic and beyond!
What You’Ll Need:
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (this is a rover role!)
- Flexibility, reliability, and a can-do attitude
- A passion for helping others and a love for customer service
- Confidence with tech and comfort in a retail/sales environment
