- Develop and execute account strategies to drive agency growth and Meta product adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities using market insights.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with agency stakeholders.
- Advise agencies with actionable insights to improve advertiser outcomes on Meta platforms.
- Lead business reviews and use data to inform agency strategies.
- Apply a consultative approach to solve agency challenges and influence decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for agencies.
- Resolve agency issues and escalate as needed, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Support peer development and foster knowledge sharing.
- Manage multiple projects to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Improve internal processes and tools to enhance agency performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to position Meta and agency partners for success.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media agency account management, ad-tech, or a related data-driven industry (e-commerce, CPG, retail, etc.), with a demonstrated record of advanced responsibility and impact
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and influence senior-level relationships with agencies and advertisers, earning trust as a strategic advisor
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of using data and market insights to drive business growth and inform high-stakes decisions
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences and influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, and influencing without formal authority
- High-level fluency in business and technical English and Korean, both verbal and written, to comfortably directly interact and collaborate in a dynamic work environment with English-speaking teams and external clients including foreigners from many countries
- Deep expertise with Meta platforms and/or competitor digital advertising products, and a nuanced understanding of their value to marketers and agencies
- Established network and reputation within the Korean digital marketing and agency ecosystem
- Advanced project management skills, including strategic planning, milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, exhibiting resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset
- Experience mentoring or coaching peers, and a passion for elevating team performance and industry standards
