Warranty Training Coordinator

The Warranty Training Coordinator position is vital for Ford of Mexico (FOM) and North American Emerging Markets (NAEM), requiring a completely bilingual individual fluent in both Spanish and English, to ensure that dealer networks are consistently and comprehensively trained on Ford's evolving warranty policies and procedures. This role is responsible for creating and delivering essential webcasts, new administrator webinars, and master certification programs in both languages, as well as developing e-learning courses and video snacks in collaboration with the India team. By providing tailored, accessible, and up-to-date training, this position will significantly reduce warranty claim errors, decrease administrative costs, enhance dealer performance and satisfaction, ensure compliance, and ultimately contribute to improved customer satisfaction across these crucial markets

Create and Deliver Warranty Webcast to the FoM & NAEM Dealer Network

• Translate, customize, prepare materials, and deliver the Warranty Webcast to the dealer network in Spanish (FoM/NAEM) and English (NAEM). 
• Upload the recorded webcasts to the Warranty Dashboard Toolbox.

New Warranty Administrators Webinars to the FoM & NAEM Dealer Network

• Every 2 months the New Warranty Administrator Webinars are held for the dealer’s new warranty personnel. These webcasts help them feel more comfortable with their new position.

Master Warranty Certifications Webinars

• Translate, customize, prepare materials, and deliver the Master Warranty Certification Webinars to the dealer network in Spanish (FoM/NAEM) and English (NAEM). 
• Held every year. 10 dates are programmed in advance for FoM and 4 dates for NAEM (2 in Spanish, 2 in English).
• The information for this Certification is updated every year with the dealer communications, job aids, policy changes, etc.

Warranty Stars/Ford University Courses

• Work together with the India team to create, translate, & publish different courses for both Stars & Ford University for Mexico & NAEM.

     Warranty Video Snacks (Short Snacks)

     Work together with the India team to create, translate, & publish different video snacks (short snacks) for both Stars & Ford University for Mexico & NAEM.
