ABOUT THE ROLE: 

The Hotel Concierge plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests. This position involves providing expert recommendations, fulfilling special requests, and coordinating a comprehensive range of services, including reservations, transportation, and unique local experiences. The Concierge anticipates guests' needs, offering thoughtful solutions with care and efficiency, ensuring that every request is met with precision. This role is dedicated to maintaining and organizing up-to-date, accurate information, fostering an engaging and dynamic environment. By ensuring the flawless execution of four-star services, the Concierge significantly enhances the overall guest experience and contributes to creating unforgettable stays.

  • Provide leadership and direction to Butler, Bell and Door staff
  • Train new employees and maintain Family-Style Service standards of excellent guest service.  
  • Schedule and coordinate team member to meet variable business demands.  
  • Perform all duties of Concierge, providing accurate and timely information to guests using Family-Style Service house rules and personalized guest service 
  • Provide accurate and timely information to departments  
  • Audit Revenue Paperwork

  • Develop and maintain procedure and training manuals 
  • Assure the accuracy and professionalism of collateral distributed from the Concierge desk.  
  • Maintain the clean and “Spotless" standards at Concierge desk and surrounding areas  
  • Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Concierge Training Preferred.

  • Minimum of two years as a Concierge or closely related position.  
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.   
  • Literate and fluent in English.  
  • Excellent guest service skills and problem solving abilities.  
  • Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.  
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.  
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: 
  • Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift.
  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the hotel. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds. 
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area. 
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier. 
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. 
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
