Role

The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the Director of Digital Marketing by leading the execution and oversight of the company’s full digital ecosystem. This position requires the ability to strategize, oversee, and execute digital initiatives across all touchpoints — including paid media, websites, SEO/SEM, SMS, email, CRM and system integrations, consumer profiles, and digital tools used by service-driven departments that interact directly with customers.

The manager is responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand and improve the digital experience, while ensuring lead generation and revenue-driven campaigns deliver measurable results. Regular reporting, insights, and optimizations are essential across all entities to maintain growth and performance.

Beyond campaign management, this role is accountable for the end-to-end success of digital marketing and advertising programs — from strategy and planning through execution, scope development, stakeholder collaboration, and performance reporting. The Digital Marketing Manager drives consistency, innovation, and integration across platforms, ensuring that every digital touchpoint enhances the guest and owner journey while supporting business goals.

Responsibilities

This individual can effectively combine stakeholders’ business objectives with our shared marketing capabilities to deliver relevant digital marketing recommendations and strategies, provide guidance, and coordinate with the internal marketing team and two direct reports to achieve the execution of those strategies.

This role requires strong organization in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines yet maintaining a high level of quality.

  1. Stay apprised of emerging digital trends in hospitality, timeshare, and travel. Advise on new technologies, data capture, CRM integrations, consumer personalization, and innovative digital touchpoints that enhance the guest journey and owner experience.
  2. Manage and advance all digital channels and paid media campaigns including vacation club lead generation programs, vacation ownership offers, direct resort bookings, and broader hospitality marketing initiatives. Ensure campaigns are optimized for revenue growth, lead quality, and guest engagement across the resort portfolio.
  3. Provide regular reporting on digital performance with clear insights, recommendations, and execution of optimizations. Lead the digital team in turning data into action to achieve marketing and revenue goals.
  4. Oversee and advance social media, content creation, blogging, and online reputation management (ORM), working closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator. Drive consistency, engagement, and storytelling across all platforms to strengthen the brand voice and elevate guest trust.
  5. Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including the Digital Marketing Analyst who focuses on paid media and digital implementation, and the Digital Marketing Coordinator who supports content, social, and ORM. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and collaboration while remaining hands-on when necessary.
  6. Ensure technical execution and oversight of all digital initiatives, including tracking, analytics, system integrations, website performance, and back-end optimizations. Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless connectivity between digital marketing, CRM, booking engines, and reporting systems.
  7. Develop and deliver digital-first marketing plans that establish positioning, identify target audiences, and define measurable objectives across multiple channels (social, paid media, email, SEO/SEM, web, CRM, and content). Oversee campaigns from strategy to completion while ensuring alignment with hospitality and timeshare business goals.
  8. Work closely with and provide strong support to the Director of Marketing on company-wide priorities and larger initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities to test new channels, pilot emerging strategies, and scale successful programs.
  9. Collaborate with various departments and business units—sales, operations, owner services, and resort leadership—to ensure digital marketing initiatives meet evolving business needs and support long-term growth.
  10. Serve as the primary digital point of contact (POC) for resort stakeholders, third-party vendors, and agencies, managing marketing initiatives, technical projects, and cross-functional communications.
  11. Maintain alignment with hospitality and timeshare goals through a full-funnel approach (awareness ? engagement ? lead/booking ? stay ? loyalty/renewal). Provide data-driven recommendations that maximize ROI and support both short- and long-term strategies.
  12. Foster strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and digital partners to ensure the company’s digital presence is competitive, innovative, and tailored to the hospitality/timeshare space.
