Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to craft user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, contribute to strategic design decisions, and take ownership of delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth user research, usability tests, and data analysis to understand user behavior and improve design strategies.
• UI/UX Design: Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and usability.
• Wire framing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure seamless execution of design solutions.
• Design Systems: Build, maintain, and optimize design systems and reusable components to drive consistency across projects.
• Feedback Integration: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Advanced Problem-Solving: Address complex design challenges with innovative and user-focused solutions while balancing technical and business constraints.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs, including web and mobile applications.
• Advanced knowledge of interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
