Azure AI Infrastructure Specialist, Technology Platforms (Helsinki/Oulu)

Our job in Engineering & Technologies Tribe is to offer secure and reliable technologies that also promote the adoption of DevOps practices – well architected cloud infrastructure and high levels of automation being the essential elements. As an Azure AI Infrastructure Specialist, you’ll be one of the key persons of building our AI Agent Platform capabilities in a Cloud environment at an Enterprise level to help our Cloud and AI journeys.

What Is The Team And The Role Like?

We are currently building up a new Engineering AI team and you will be a part of this new team. As an Azure AI Infrastructure Specialist, you will have a responsible and independent role and the opportunity to take a completely new role in this team. You have the possibility to have an influence on how the new team starts its work and finds its ways of working. You will also make a big impact on our developer experience and accelerate our AI Journey by building and productizing our developers AI Agent Platform product with your teammates. We trust our experts and encourage everyone to make bold proposals and decisions.

On a practical level, you’ll be contributing hands-on to OP’s new Azure AI Platform development and work with topics like:

• Built in security and compliance
• Identity and access management models
• Infrastructure business continuity
• Logging and monitoring capabilities
• Monitoring performance and cost
• Networking (virtual networks, hybrid connections, load balancing, routing, firewalls)
• DevOps and AIOps practices
• Additionally, supporting development teams on technical topics related to Azure is expected
• Familiarity with Azure AI components is a plus

What We Hope From You?

To be successful in this role, you need to have solid experience with cloud-native technologies; preferably experience in infrastructure design and building and deploying in hybrid environments. Besides, you need to have good cooperation skills both with your closest team colleagues, as well as with a variety of other stakeholders, such as development teams around OP Group. Fluent communication skills in English are a must, Finnish skills are seen as an advantage.

We are looking for a professional with experience and knowledge in some (and preferably several) of the areas listed below. We don’t expect you to master everything from day one—growth mindset and a willingness to develop yourself as a professional are appreciated.

• Experience on cloud-native technologies and Azure in particular
• Infrastructure design including private and public cloud
• Building and deploying in hybrid environments
• Knowledge in identity, networking, connectivity and virtualization
• Azure CLI, PowerShell and Azure Portal
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Agile methodologies
• DevOps
