About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant Intern to join our Global Solutions Consulting Engineering – Cloud Engineering - CyberSecurity team. This internship offers hands-on experience in pre-sales support, technical consulting, and cybersecurity solutions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You’Ll Do

As a Technical Solutions Consultant Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in setting up demo environments for virtual solution demonstrations
• Supporting the development of presentation scripts and demo content
• Incorporating competitive insights into solution demonstrations
• Helping design and improve business processes
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Familiarity with financial institution operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• OS Administration: Windows or Linux
• Helping design and improve business processes
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Familiarity with financial institution operations is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

Knowledge & Skills:

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Scripting: Bash, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++
• Soft Skills: Word/Wiki Site Administration
• Experience writing operation manuals or instruction guides is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or a related field
• Coursework or experience in data/financial analysis preferred
• Experience in financial services software consulting or pre-sales support is an advantage
• You’ll demonstrate Finastra’s core competencies such as:

• Basic Azure Operations

• Scripting: Bash, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++
• Soft Skills: Word/Wiki Site Administration
• Experience writing operation manuals or instruction guides is a plus
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or a related field
• Coursework or experience in data/financial analysis preferred
• Experience in financial services software consulting or pre-sales support is an advantage
