We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains, with strong expertise in strategic sourcing and leadership hiring. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- IT & Non-IT Hiring: Handle diverse hiring mandates across technology, operations, sales, finance, marketing, HR, and support functions.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Leadership Hiring: Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and attract mid to senior-level talent for critical and leadership positions.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and recurring roles to ensure a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, set hiring priorities, and provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, source efficiency, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio) and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy norms, and recruitment best practices.
Key Skills And Competencies
- Strong experience in both IT Recruitment (Software Developers, Engineers, Tech Leads, DevOps, Data, etc.) and Non-IT Recruitment (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.)
- Expertise in strategic sourcing through multiple channels including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and social recruiting.
- Proven ability in leadership and senior-level hiring with effective stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in using ATS tools and managing recruitment reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a mix of IT and Non-IT hiring exposure.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate or consulting environment is an advantage.
