As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and requirement gathering to release and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, maintain high-quality standards, and create products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap creation, and release management.
- Drive requirement documentation, business and gap analysis, and wireframing to translate ideas into actionable product features.
- Oversee product delivery, ensuring smooth implementation, enhancement, and sprint release tracking.
- Collaborate with QA and engineering teams on testing, debugging, and UAT processes to maintain product quality.
- Utilize product analytics tools to track adoption, usage, and user behavior for continuous improvement.
- Conduct client interactions to understand requirements, gather feedback, and align product objectives.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog management, and goal alignment.
Technical Expertise:
- Project Management Tools: JIRA, Trello, Slack
- Product Analytics: Clevertap, Amplitude, Segment
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Whimsical, Adobe XD, Figma
- Documentation & Mindmapping: Google Docs, Apple Pages, XMind
- Scrum & Agile Practices: Backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning
- Monitoring & Debugging: Kibana (server logs), Postman (API testing), SequelPro (SQL database)
- Development Tools Exposure: Xcode, Sourcetree (source code access and testing on simulators)
- Focus Areas: UI/UX, usability testing, and UAT coordination
