ServiceStream is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects, lead field teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery across our network builds.

About The Role

Field Supervisor – ODM | Telecommunications | ServiceStream

• Location: Sydney, New South Wales  
• Reports to: Regional Delivery Manager
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Business Unit: Telecommunications – ODM (On-Demand Module)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors across multiple NBN projects.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to support detailed design and construction.
• Manage construction schedules to meet key delivery milestones.
• Ensure compliance with NBN Design Standards, OH&S policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with clients, public authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Drive contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
• Support training, onboarding, and compliance management for subcontractors

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in external plant network construction.
• Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and large-scale project portfolios.
• Hands-on experience with HFC, FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, FTTB technologies.
• Strong background in civil construction, cable hauling, and NBN network delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
• Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
