What You Can Expect

  • Develop, maintain Digital Twin Models
  • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to build robust digital twin models on the Kinaxis platform, accurately reflecting constraints across the supply network.
  • Model Foundry Allocations
  • Work closely with Foundry Operations and Procurement teams to incorporate dynamic Fab node allocations into supply chain simulations.
  • Integrate Engineering Operations
  • Partner with Engineering Operations to model test capacity, hardware constraints, and engineering KPI, creating a true mirror of OSAT test and sort capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Workflow Optimization
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Order Management, Sales, and IT to design workflows and conduct timely User Acceptance Testing to continuously improve supply chain KPIs.
  • Kinaxis Configuration Management
  • Optimize Kinaxis configurations to ensure peak supply chain performance across both up-cycles and down-cycles of the business.
  • Data-Driven, proactive Performance Management
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to manage large volumes of supply chain data, identify trends, and build predictive models that proactively enhance back-end supply chain efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in Semiconductor supply-chain planning, analysis or related fields
  • Hands-on experience in developing analytics-based supply chain modeling and implementation. Experience in platforms such as JDA, Kinaxis is highly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on supply-chain analytics
  • A Self-starter, good communicator, able to work in matrix organization, juggle multiple tasks, projects.
