Your Key Responsibilities

• 负责通过应用系统方法规划和优化生产系统，以提高生产力和盈利能力。确保整个价值流的运营持续改进。
• 规划、分析并优化生产系统。
• 创建和维护 IE 主数据（例如路线、BOM、工作中心）。
• 协调与流程改进、变更管理和产品发布相关的整个价值流中的跨职能项目。
• 评估生产 KPI 以持续改进并指导决策（例如 OEE、TEEP 等）。
• 执行产品成本计算。
• 通过时间和动作研究（例如MTM、REFA）实施工作场所设计。
• 规划和管理产能和投资计划。
• 创建并维护 P-FMEA。

Your Qualifications

• 3-8 年汽车制造领域工作经验；
• 良好的英语口语能力；
• 积极的变革意愿与学习态度；
• 具备团队合作精神；
• 拥有良好的沟通能力。
