Your New Role
In this high-impact role, you will act as a strategic partner to the SVP of IO-SO-CR, driving key operational activities, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives. You will oversee business processes, lead communication on behalf of the SVP, and play a pivotal role in aligning clinical and regulatory strategies with broader organisational goals.
In This Role, You Will:
- Serve as strategist, adviser, and implementer for the IO-SO-CR SVP, representing the office and supporting leadership in executing strategic initiatives.
- Lead and manage strategic projects across IO-SO-CR, including capability-building programs for clinical and regulatory leaders.
- Oversee core business processes such as budgeting, analytics, and executive meetings.
- Drive department internal and external communication strategies, including managing the communications team in Bangalore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to align strategies, deliver business insights, and support major events.

Novo Nordisk International Operations, Strategic Operations, is head quartered in Zürich, Switzerland.

Your skills & qualifications
We are seeking a globally minded professional with strong international experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to simplify complexity while driving impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
What You Will Bring:
- MSc in International Management or a Scientific Field with 4+ years of international experience.
- Proven success in process and project management, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience working across global, regional, or affiliate levels within a multinational organization.
- Strong business and political acumen, with the ability to distil complex issues into clear solutions.
- Functional experience in Clinical, Regulatory or medical function would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
