Practice Manager III - Urology

40 Hours per week

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Practice Manager III is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and management of the assigned facility. Responsible for 30-60 FTE’s, oversees operations at two or more clinic sites.

1. Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:

The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to adequately perform this job.  However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.

1. BA or BS preferred, but Associate’s degree and/or experience will be considered
2. Minimum five years of managerial experience, healthcare experience preferred.
3. Minimum of two years occupational health experience required for BaptistWorx Management position.
4. Marketing/Business Relations experience
5. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and other relevant areas.
6. Health care management or supervisory experience preferred.
7. Knowledge of basic coding and documentation required
8. Avade workplace violence prevention training (Level II) required after hire, not to exceed 3 months, and maintained annually. Training provided in-house. ***current employees as of April 12, 2024 will be allowed 1 year to obtain***
