We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Security Supervisor to lead the security team and operations at the Anchieta Plant. The ideal professional will be responsible for ensuring asset protection, loss prevention, conducting investigations, executive protection, and maintaining control and innovation in electronic security—ensuring a safe and disciplined environment.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Protection: Lead the security team, ensuring the protection of assets, facilities, and employees. Develop and implement security procedures and oversee compliance with regulations.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and analyze loss risks, develop action plans, and train the team to mitigate incidents. Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports on loss trends.
  • Corporate Investigations: Lead and conduct internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct, theft, and other incidents. Prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
  • Executive Protection: Plan and execute security for executives and visitors, coordinating escorts, routes, and emergency procedures.
  • Electronic Security: Oversee the maintenance and operation of electronic security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarms. Propose technological upgrades to enhance security.
  Requirements and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Security, Risk Management, Law, or Business Administration (mandatory).
  • Proven Experience: In leadership roles within corporate security, preferably in a manufacturing or large-scale environment.
  • Intermediate English: Oral and written communication skills to interact with global teams and read technical documentation (nice to have).
  • Budget Control: Knowledge of budget management, expense tracking, and planning security investments (mandatory).
  • Project Development: Ability to plan, develop, and present security projects from conception through implementation (mandatory).
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team, leadership, and other departments. Ability to inspire trust and convey information clearly and objectively.
  • Hierarchy and Discipline: Strong sense of hierarchy and discipline, with the ability to lead the team firmly and fairly.
  • Affinity with AI: Interest in and familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies applied to security, such as intelligent surveillance systems and behavior analysis, to optimize operations and anticipate risks.
  • Affinity with Data & Analytics: Understanding of and interest in data analysis to identify risk patterns, generate strategic reports, and make proactive, information-based decisions.
  • Mastery of Spreadsheets: Proficiency with spreadsheets (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for data organization, report creation, metric tracking, and financial analysis.
