About The Role

As a Sr. Group Brand Manager you'll lead the development and execution of the marketing and growth strategy for the Home Care category within the Greater Caribbean Region. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the regional growth plan and strategy for subcategories, defining priorities and objectives for Volume, Net Sales, GTN, and SOM, which guides annual targets and investment.
  • Manage the Regional sub-category P&L, monitoring and explaining variations in Volume, Net Sales, and Margin.
  • Drive innovation strategy and pipeline readiness, including project development, regulatory compliance, and effective forecasting.
  • Lead the development and presentation of brand strategy and performance reviews (Mid Year/Budget Review) for approval by regional leadership.
  • Develop the Go-to-Market strategy at a regional level, collaborating with local teams on major promotional events, new product launches, and shopper initiatives.
  • Analyze KPIs such as SOM, Net Sales, Volume, and Distribution to identify local issues, opportunities, and consumer/shopper insights.
  • Manage Creative and Media agency relationships, developing media and creative briefs, monitoring media plans, and ensuring effective media strategy implementation.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience leading teams or managing people
  • Advanced English level
  • Strong financial understanding and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Sheets

Preferrable Qualifications:

  • Experience in mass consumption companies
