About The Role

We’ve ramped up our brand game this year and our performance engine is humming. Now we need an energetic Digital Marketing Coordinator to keep the momentum rolling.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Customer Acquisition and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our paid media specialists. Your mission: turn budget into quality leads for Aussie brokers and Lendi’s digital platform.

This role sits in Sydney as a hybrid role (two days in office, three remote).

Job Description

  • Own day‑to‑day paid media execution across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging channels.
  • Build and tweak campaigns in Search, Display, Video and Paid Social. Tight targeting, great ROI mean growing budgets - you’ll need to think critically.
  • Dig into data every morning. Check pacing, spot anomalies, pull quick levers and flag anything weird before it burns spend.
  • Optimise landing pages and on‑site copy with our UX and Content teams to squeeze every extra conversion.
  • Coordinate creative production. Brief, collaborate and traffic assets, bringing expertise, learnings and testing mentality to every new creative idea.
  • Pitch fresh ideas. New placements, A/B tests, clever partnerships - if you can back it with numbers, this is the environment that supports big and small bets to try new things.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years’ hands‑on experience in digital marketing, agency or in‑house.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Business Manager. If you’ve dabbled in TikTok or LinkedIn, even better.
  • Comfortable managing monthly budgets >$1m across multiple channels and two brands.
  • Proven track record of scaling spends and paid channels – whether a start up or enterprise, show us you can scale efficiently and fast.
  • Strong analytical skills – you understand ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, and know how to move the needle.
  • Comfortable in Excel/Sheets: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic formulas.
  • A daily user of AI. We’re becoming AI Native, we don’t shun candidates that use it, we highly encourage it.
  • Solid writing skills - headlines, ad copy, quick landing‑page tweaks, you know how to write compelling words that make people take action.
  • A healthy scepticism. You question results, hunt for anomalies and admit when something flops.
  • Organised and unflappable. Multiple campaigns, many stakeholders, tight timelines - you keep calm and keep moving.

Nice‑To‑Haves (Not Deal‑Breakers):

  • Basic Canva or Adobe editing to make last‑minute ad tweaks.
  • Exposure to SEO principles or CMS platforms (WordPress, Contentful, HyGraph).
  • Experience in finance, property or another regulated industry.
