We’re looking for a supply chain assistant to join our supply chain team in Shanghai.

As a supply chain assistant you’ll be responsible for order processing and other supply chain operations.

What You’Ll Do

• •    Daily PO (collect PO from market, release order to supplier, send order list to supplier)
• •    GRGI
• •    Change RDD, incoterm, route, MOT,  etc. based on pull in request
• •    Batch activation and update.
• •    Support to communicate with supplier for overdue POs, report collections
• •    Support PO Qty change, according to customer request/ supplier output
• •    Support cancel and replace order due to production site change.
• •    Support to solve adhoc issues

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree

• Fluent English
