The Role

As a Beauty Therapist at Crown Resorts, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of Sydney’s most luxurious spa and wellness destinations. You’ll welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through a personalised journey that reflects our commitment to excellence. From deeply relaxing massages to therapeutic body treatments, you’ll ensure every service is delivered with care, expertise and attention to detail.

Some of the key responsibilities will involve:

• Performing a variety of facial and body treatments in line with spa protocols and guest needs
• Ensuring every guest receives a consistent, luxurious experience aligned with Crown standards
• Maintaining a clean, serene and well-prepared treatment environment at all times
• Providing expert consultation and confidently recommending personalised treatments
• Upholding grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the expectations of a luxury brand
• Collaborating with spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols
• Offering knowledgeable recommendations and enhancing the guest experience throughout their stay.

You’Ll Have:

• Qualifications in Beauty Therapy from a nationally or internationally recognised institution
• Demonstrated experience as a beauty therapist (hotel or day-spa experience is advantageous)
• Professional customer service and communication style, with ability to build rapport easily
• High standards of grooming and personal hygiene
• Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays and nights (until 9pm)
