Job Description
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering risk consulting and advisory engagements across a diverse client portfolio. You will support Boards, Executives, and senior leaders in identifying and managing operational and strategic risks, while also contributing to broader strategic and transformation initiatives, and business growth outcomes.
You will work across a range of disciplines including internal audit, governance, compliance, controls, procurement, financial management, and organisational strategy. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that values insight, innovation, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver risk consulting engagements including internal audits, risk assessments, governance reviews, and control evaluations.
- Deliver advisory projects that underpin ongoing growth and strategic success for our clients.
- Manage client relationships and engagement delivery across sectors including government, GBEs, local government, utilities, healthcare, financial services, and corporates.
- Apply systems thinking and strategic analysis to complex problems, delivering insights that drive improvement and resilience.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to business development and go-to-market initiatives aligned to your interests and expertise.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Experience in internal audit, risk consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering quality outcomes.
