Day-To-Day Responsibilities​

  • Be proactive to manage customer interactions across various digital channels, including phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide expert assistance on digital payment platforms, including mobile wallets, online banking, and contactless payment solutions, B2B solutioning, etc.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to boost loyalty and retention, able to push and influence customers on sales activity to be converted to a close deal.
  • Work with sales and other relevant divisions to resolve issues from Customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in digital payment processes and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to enhance digital payment systems and customer service quality.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices for customer engagement and digital payment processing.
  • Ensure all digital payment activities adhere to internal policies and external financial regulations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer engagement , customer success, sales manager roles within the payments industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to manage C mid managers, senior and C levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Empathy: Strong empathy and active listening skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends. Able to work under pressure and independently but also a strong team player.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing digital payment data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to digital payment processing.
  • Leadership: Team leadership and collaboration skills.
