Quality & Inventory Manager

Based at our brand-new location in Echt, you will be responsible for driving quality and inventory performance while working closely with our Consumer Product client in the UK to ensure seamless alignment, reporting, and operational excellence. You will regularly visit the UK for (quarterly) meetings to strengthen collaboration and drive improvement together. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a new chapter for Arvato: building a modern, data-driven operation from the ground up in an international context.

Your Tasks

• Take the lead in analyzing reports and performance metrics, translating data into clear improvement actions;
• Ensure quality and inventory accuracy, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders;
• Act as a content-driven lead in customer contact, representing our operational excellence and taking ownership in client communication;
• Work analytically with strong skills in Excel, internal reporting tools, and KPI tracking;
• Serve as a bridge between Account Management, Customer Support, and Operations, aligning expectations and driving continuous improvement;
• Contribute to process optimization projects that strengthen our service delivery and customer satisfaction;
• Report directly to the Operations Manager and maintain a dotted-line collaboration with the Warehouse Support Specialists, who report to you functionally.

Your Profile

• Bachelor working and thinking level;
• Proven analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation;
• Experience with Excel and data-driven decision-making;
• Excellent communicator, able to take content-based leadership in customer contact;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver high-quality results;
• Flexible and eager to work in a dynamic, international logistics environment;
• A background in Customer Support or Account Management, and the ability to combine operational insight with customer focus, is considered a strong plus;
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
