The Role
As Director, Collections & Innovation, Diamonds your responsibilities will be integral to Pandora's Global Marketing Function and pivotal in establishing and expanding the lab-grown Diamonds and accessible fine categories. You will be responsible for leading the short- and long-term product and collection strategy, building a performant and exciting portfolio of collections and products, and leading the development of positioning and storytelling for each.
In this role you will lead a team and partner closely with other business areas such as Design and Merchandising/Assortment Planning – building a highly productive and collaborative relationship across disciplines that results in consumer and corporate value. You will also partner closely with other teams such as Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Brand Experience and Finance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead development of high-impact, collection-based product initiatives aligned with global marketing cycles, driving cross-functional execution.
- Define and maintain a three-year product strategy and innovation roadmap, ensuring annual alignment with senior leadership.
- Partner with Marketing, Media, PR, Influencer, Design, Visual Merchandising, and local market teams to deliver cohesive, consumer-focused plans that elevate the category and key products.
- Develop, mentor, and support your team to achieve business goals and foster professional growth.
- Apply creative thinking, consumer and competitive insights, and strategic problem-solving to all aspects of the work.
Personal & Professional Competencies:
As a Director in the Collections and Innovation team, you understand how to navigate a large, global matrix organization while operating in a highly entrepreneurial manner. You are a self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders and clients. Furthermore, we hope to see:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- 10+ years of related professional brand and product marketing experience within a global organization
- International experience from global environments within the fashion, jewelry, beauty or retail industries.
- Previous experience in new business/new category development fine jewelry and/or Diamonds
- Proven success in developing successful collections demonstrating strong product knowledge, market insight, consumer centricity and end-to-end ownership; This includes a collection architecture and pricing strategy which articulates your business strategy and ensures consumer needs are met.
- Established leadership experience with proven ability to inspire, coach and manage teams toward achieving strategic and performance objectives
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
