Sitting at the intersection of brand, design, and merchandising, this role is pivotal in crafting consumer-led, commercially powerful collections that will scale our Diamonds business into a billion-dollar category. Key Accountabilities & Kpis:

  • Define and lead the collections strategy for the Diamonds Business Unit, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand positioning and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to shape assortment strategies and line plans that reflect strategic intent and drive margin impact.
  • Translate insights from consumers and competitors into actionable briefs for Design, ensuring relevance and differentiation.
  • Ensure collections balance brand storytelling with commercial viability, contributing to successful launches and measurable consumer engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and Merchandising to ensure global and local resonance of collections.
  • Monitor performance of collections post-launch, using data to inform future assortment planning and optimize category growth.

Personal & Professional Competencies:

As the Manager, Diamonds Collections, you are a strategic and analytical thinker with a strong consumer-first mindset, you bring creative flair to transforming insights into compelling product directions. You thrive in cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Entrepreneurial and solutions-driven, you combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for the jewelry market and its evolving competitive landscape.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product, collection, or category strategy—ideally in fashion, jewelry, beauty, retail, or FMCG.
  • Proven success in global/international business environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed.
