Job Description
Campaign Management & Strategy Development
Develop an integrated media strategy for local advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with agency partners (including media strategy and planning across programmatic, social, search, and OOH) to deliver insightful, effective, and efficient plans that align with our objectives.
Ensure all media plans are optimized to achieve reach, awareness, impact, and engagement with the Red Bull target audience while supporting overarching marketing goals.
Work cross-functionally to integrate Paid, Earned, Managed, and Owned media seamlessly.
Collaborate with Consumer Insights to design campaign measurement frameworks and ensure data-driven evaluation of performance.
Successfully lead the project management of key advertising campaigns, ensuring flawless execution delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.
Manage the launch, maintenance, and wrap-up of campaigns, while overseeing the development and adherence to overall campaign timelines, including those related to third-party agencies.
Develop strategic and comprehensive campaign briefs for advertising initiatives, aimed at creating best-in-class campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Leverage audience data, consumer insights, activation details, and past campaign learnings to continuously refine and elevate the quality of campaign briefs.
Support the ideation process around building the annual Advertising Business Plan.
Work closely with the Media Team to monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
Lead the creation and dissemination of campaign reports, highlighting performance metrics, lessons learned, and best practices to inform future initiatives.
Consistently evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and full programs to drive improvements for future efforts.
Oversee the launch and conclusion of creative-specific Brand Studies to ensure consistent growth and evolution across major campaigns.
Ensure compliance with applicable data integration and regulatory requirements for campaigns.
Establish and manage processes, guidelines, and resources for executing innovative 360-degree advertising campaigns, providing structure and operational clarity to maintain consistency and quality.
Champion planning and executional excellence by implementing strong processes, such as detailed project kick-offs, clear timelines, post-campaign recaps, and improvement reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving alignment, facilitating workflows, and delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule.
Encourage innovative problem-solving by pushing teams to think creatively and pursue “never-been-done-before” activations that challenge traditional approaches.
Oversee holistic campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI across all initiatives.
Act as a brand and campaign steward, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards across internal teams and external collaborations.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability among internal stakeholders and external agencies, promoting both efficiency and creativity.
Media Agency Management
Manage the media agency in developing media strategies that align with and fulfill objectives.
Assist the Senior Director of Advertising with annual media planning and evaluations.
Support the Senior Director of Advertising in conducting the annual media agency review.
Creative Development
Responsible for inspiring the team to develop or source all creative assets required to launch campaigns on time and in alignment with strategy.
Oversee the creative development processes across various channels, including Social Media, Web TV, Digital Display, SEM, TV, OOH, and Radio advertising.
Ensure that all creative deliverables adhere to established brand standards.
Review all creative materials through the mandatory legal process to secure proper ATL clearance.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks and proofreading of all assets.
Act as the strategic point of contact (POC) for all creative agency partners.
Facilitate the creative review and approval process, covering everything from concept development through production, trafficking, and launch.
Guide and inspire teams to reimagine the creative development process by identifying gaps and opportunities within existing efforts and showcasing creative examples to enhance consumer-facing communications continually.
Ensure accurate budget management and meticulous tracking for concept development and production.
Maintain consistency, authenticity, and attention to detail by ensuring brand standards are correctly applied across all event touchpoints.
Cross Functional Collaboration And Partnerships
Lead ongoing collaboration with cross-departmental stakeholders throughout the campaign process, including Briefing, Creative Development, Launch, Optimization, Results Analysis, and Key Learnings.
Gather strategic inputs from relevant cross-departmental stakeholders such as Brand, Sports, Culture, Media House, and Shopper Marketing teams, as needed.
Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with all agency partners.
Serve as the brand marketing lead during partnership discussions to maximize strategic and creative value, driving initiatives toward distinctive, on-brand executions.
Assist the organization by evaluating and analyzing the advertising components of partnership deals to ensure alignment with business and brand objectives.
Document all partnership agreements and advertising deliverables, ensuring clear and accurate tracking for cross-functional visibility.
Manage reporting on partnership performance by developing and monitoring KPIs, and provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Continuously assess the quality and impact of partners, identifying strengths, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
Recommend improvements and adjustments to the partnership strategy based on data-driven analysis and post-campaign insights.

Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED
- 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within an advertising agency or lifestyle brand.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Proven success in creating innovative and creative campaigns that effectively engage and inspire consumers.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in understanding emerging digital trends and landscapes.
- Superior project management skills with the capability to oversee complex, integrated campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking abilities with the foresight to anticipate trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $115,280 - $172,920 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
