About The Role

At Boomi, our Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are the frontline for growth in billion-revenue organizations across the UKI market. This is not a traditional SDR role — you’ll be embedded in a pod structure alongside Account Executives, Partner Managers, Customer Success, and Account Managers, working across four key pillars of pipeline generation:

  • Inbound & Events (Marketing) – Qualify high-value inbound leads and engage directly at select industry events to convert interactions into pipeline.
  • Outbound – Build and execute strategic account-based outreach with AEs.
  • Partners – Collaborate with Boomi’s regional partners and managers to co-create new opportunities.
  • Expansion – Work with CS and AM teams to identify and grow opportunities in existing enterprise accounts.

As part of Boomi’s Enterprise segment, you’ll work closely with some of our most experienced sales professionals, gaining mentorship and exposure to strategic account planning, complex deal cycles, and enterprise customer engagement. What You’Ll Do

  • Own pipeline generation for Enterprise accounts in the UKI region across all four pillars.
  • Engage senior stakeholders in conversations about integration, automation, and AI challenges.
  • Partner with Account Executives on account planning, prospect mapping, and strategic outreach.
  • Represent Boomi at industry events — engage prospects and partners on-site, ensuring interactions are qualified into pipeline.
  • Co-create business with Boomi’s partner ecosystem.
  • Support expansion within existing enterprise accounts alongside Customer Success and Account Management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for sales-qualified opportunities. 

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development (SDR/BDR), business development, or early-stage account executive roles.
  • Background in SaaS, software, or IT services is a plus, but we also welcome candidates from other B2B industries who want to grow into Enterprise technology sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (UK focus). Dutch or Nordic language skills and market knowledge are a strong advantage.
  • A consultative, business-oriented mindset with curiosity about enterprise IT challenges.
  • Growth mindset: eager to learn, adapt quickly, and take ownership of your development.
  • Ambition and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Resilience, creativity, and adaptability in an international context.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with outbound cadences, account mapping, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Prior success in partner-led or expansion-focused sales.
  • Exposure to MEDDICC or other structured sales methodologies.
