About The Role:
You are a strategic and solutions-oriented leader with deep expertise in payments, fintech, or financial services. As Senior Manager, Client Solutioning, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Solution Consultants responsible for designing and delivering tailored payment solutions across acquiring, issuing, and money movement. You thrive in complex environments, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and bring a proactive mindset to solving client challenges and driving business growth.
About The Day-To-Day:
- Lead a team of five Sales Solution Consultants, ensuring effective work distribution and alignment with business priorities.
- Act as a strategic partner to Business Development, Account Management, Product, and Implementation teams.
- Oversee the design and delivery of customized payment solutions for new and existing clients.
- Support multiple concurrent client engagements, each requiring cross-functional coordination and tailored solution design across teams such as Product, Risk, Compliance, and Implementation.
- Escalate and resolve cross-functional blockers to maintain momentum and meet onboarding timelines.
- Provide strategic input on enterprise-level opportunities requiring deep customization and multi-line coordination.
- Ensure timely and successful onboarding and expansion of client programs, minimizing delays and revenue risk.
- Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational feasibility and compliance requirements.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on team capacity, project status, and strategic risks.
About The Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, with a focus on solutioning or implementation.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, ideally in a cross-functional or client-facing environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex client engagements and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of payment products, onboarding processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a collaborative leadership style.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), and other business software.
