Licensed P&C Commercial Insurance Producer

We are seeking remote Licensed P&C Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Miami, Florida, United States.

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Experience with Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warm inbound leads generated by our marketing team.
• Convert inquiries into successful commercial insurance sales.
• Engage with small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients via phone, text, and video calls.
• Specialize in Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines for SMB clients.
• Consistently achieve conversion rate and sales performance targets.
