Formula For Success

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the primary contact for BASF Vegetable Seeds customers, responsible for achieving annual sales targets across all crop segments. You’ll develop and execute strategic territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and help bring innovative products to market through trials and demos.

You’Ll:

  • Achieve budgeted sales targets by promoting and selling Nunhems products.
  • Develop and implement territory and crop business plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, nurseries, packers, processors, and retailers.
  • Conduct large-scale trials and demos to support product launches.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and CRM updates.

Ingredients For Success

To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong planning and time management skills. You’ll be a natural communicator and be able to build and influence relationships, along with the ability to learn and impart technical knowledge.

You’Ll:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science or equivalent (preferred).
  • Have experience in vegetable seeds or horticultural production.
  • Be proficient in Excel and CRM tools.
  • Current Driver’s License required.
