As the Technical Support Manager for Danfoss Drives in Korea, you’ll be the driving force behind technical excellence and customer satisfaction. By leading and developing a high-performing team, you will enable customers to get the most out of their AC drive systems—ensuring best-in-class support, solution delivery, and technical expertise.
Your leadership will empower both customers and colleagues, supporting Danfoss’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in the fast-evolving drive systems sector.

What You’Ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to deliver world-class pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Prioritize and allocate resources across commissioning, field service, troubleshooting, and technical proposals.
• Monitor KPIs and service metrics, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Standardize and optimize support processes, documentation, and tools within the team.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align customer needs with Danfoss solutions.
• Lead advanced customer discussions on drive system optimization and lifecycle strategies.
• Oversee technical training and onboarding for customers and internal sales teams.

What We'Re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.
• 8–10+ years of experience in technical support, application/project engineering, or a related role in electric drives or marine industry.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Deep technical expertise in AC drives, motors, generators, cabling, and marine electrical systems.
• Strong track record managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills—able to clearly convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Korean and English.
