About Your Team

The Taiwan marketing team focuses on Product Marketing and General Marketing, executing targeted strategies for Wholesales, Institutional, and Personal Investing channels. Collaborating closely with local and regional teams, aim to enhance brand recognition and market share by effectively managing and communicating product positioning, investment strategies, and Fidelity insight thus playing a crucial role in growing the business within Taiwan.

About Your Role

As part of the Product Marketing team in Taiwan, you'll help to redefine excellence in product marketing strategy. You will be the architect behind product marketing propositions that set Fidelity apart and also resonate deeply with our clients, showcasing our unparalleled investment solutions. By fostering robust relationships within the Fidelity network and engaging directly with sales teams, you'll ensure our message is cohesive, compelling, and demonstrates the strategic advantage of our products. Your efforts in product analysis, coupled with your ability to deliver insightful market outlooks, will empower teams with the confidence to make informed product inroduction. In essence, your role is pivotal in shaping the way Fidelity’s products are perceived and valued in the marketplace, driving our mission to be the premier provider of asset management solutions in Taiwan.

About You

• Foster strategic client communications to highlight Fidelity's strengths and product positioning.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of Fidelity products, focusing on investment strategies, performance, and market positioning, to develop unique marketing propositions.
• Create and deliver compelling investment insights and high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms, events, and public relations.
• Support the team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives, promoting skill enhancement, and instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Work in partnership with sales and ID teams to ensure responsive and insightful client engagement.

Experience And Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment or marketing experience with proven track record in product marketing, investment writing, research and analysis.
• Experience working in the asset management industry is essential.
• A proactive communicator with proven ability to actively participate in and influence discussions and build comprehensive internal networks within the organisation.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
• Understanding of the dynamics and needs of distribution clients such as retail banks and insurance companies.
• Proven ability to work closely with investment professionals and maintain strong working relationships.
• PC proficient (knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Bloomberg, Datastream, Morningstar Direct and Lipper Investment Management is essential).
• Chinese language is a must, with fluent command in English language communication skill
• Profesional license: Taiwan SITE/SICE License or Senior Broker License is a must.
