J6 Exercise & Event Coordinator

SMX is seeking an Exercise & Event Coordinator to support USINDOPACOM J6 portfolio of programs. This position is onsite Camp Smith HI

This position requires a DoD Interim Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Required Skills & Experience 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.  This job can’t be done without those skills
• Highly organized as both focus areas require tracking multiple processes, maintaining a large amount of data, and creating and maintaining multiple products for multiple countries simultaneously
• Must be willing to ask questions, find solutions, and communicate with various organizations and offices to get the job done.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Interim Secret with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Capacity to learn new systems rapidly and adapt quickly to change

The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications. The proposed salary for this position is:$80,000—$133,200 USD
