We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Recruiter to join our growing People team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across various business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with Elmenus' values and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create engaging JDs, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify recruitment trends, improve time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles across Tech, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Represent Elmenus at hiring events, career fairs, and on social platforms to strengthen employer branding.
- Ensure an inclusive and unbiased hiring process, championing diversity and belonging at every stage.
- Use ATS (e.g., Recruitee, Lever, Greenhouse) effectively for tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced tech or startup environments.
- Strong sourcing capabilities using platforms , job boards, and creative outreach methods.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
