Purpose of the Job
As an Associate Consultant on Beghou’s Commercial Strategy team, you will contribute to the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative market research (PMR) projects that support brand strategy and decision-making for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Working alongside experienced consultants and project leads, you will help uncover actionable insights from survey data and assist in creating strategic deliverables such as ATU studies, Demand studies,segmentation , message testing reports, and TPP validation summaries.This role is ideal for candidates who are analytically driven, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career at the intersection of data, strategy, and life sciences.

We'Ll Trust You To:
- Research Design & Execution Support
- Assist in designing surveys for HCPs, patients, and payers across therapeutic areas
- Support the creation of survey instruments, logic flow, and stimuli (e.g., messages, TPPs, product concepts)
- Coordinate survey programming, testing, and data quality checks with external partners
- Data Analysis & Insight Development
- Conduct basic analysis of structured survey data (e.g., crosstabs, driver analysis, rankings)
- Interpret research findings to support hypothesis generation and strategic storytelling
- Create clear, client-ready outputs using Excel and PowerPoint
- Project & Client Support
- Support project managers in tracking timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams across analytics, forecasting, and tech to integrate research findings
- Attend internal and client calls, taking notes and capturing key action items
You'Ll Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, Business, Psychology, or Quantitative Research
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research, strategy consulting, or healthcare analytics
- Strong interest in data-driven strategy in life sciences/pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to SPSS, Q, R, or Python is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data or commercial strategy concepts (e.g., TPPs, segmentation, message testing)
- Experience working on survey-based research in a consulting or academic setting
- Exposure to global markets or HCP survey fielding processes
- Analytical curiosity and a willingness to learn advanced techniques like segmentation, modeling, MaxDiff, and TURF
