About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technology Intern to join the KHAITE team for the Spring Semester. This role will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will assist with day-to-day IT operations, help troubleshoot issues for the corporate and retail teams, and contribute to ongoing systems and process improvements. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to corporate & retail teams, including troubleshooting hardware and network issues
- Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and other hardware
- Support system updates, data backups, and user access management
- Help document IT processes and troubleshooting procedures
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth technology operations
Skills & Requirements
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Keen interest in technology’s role in business operations – prior experience in a fashion or retail environment is a plus
Education/Experience:
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems
