Through award-winning technology that consolidates risk, continuity, emergency, and security operations, Noggin enables enterprises to build resilience into the core of their business strategy.
The Product Management team is a dynamic, cross-functional group responsible for the end-to-end planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management of our SaaS products. From ideation to post-launch review, we ensure our products are intuitive, high-quality, and impactful.

Job Description

At Noggin, we are passionate about delivering innovative, impactful SaaS solutions that delight our customers and drive business success. We’re looking for a talented and strategic Group Product Manager to help shape the future of Noggin’s platform, ensuring our products align with both our vision and the evolving needs of the market.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Owners, UX designers, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services teams. You’ll engage directly with customers and prospects, identify opportunities, gather and prioritise product ideas, maintain strategic roadmaps, define features, manage product backlogs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with strong strategic thinking, technical acumen, and deep experience across the full product management lifecycle.

Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership across the full product lifecycle — shaping strategy, engaging with customers, driving execution, and delivering products that lead the market.

Product Leadership and Ownership

  • Drive the end-to-end success of Noggin’s SaaS products, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering their professional growth and leadership capability.
  • Take full ownership of product outcomes, demonstrating accountability and proactive problem-solving.

Market and Customer Insights

  • Stay ahead of trends, technologies, and competitors to inform product strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market size, customer churn, competitive positioning, and key drivers.
  • Engage directly with users to gather feedback, uncover needs and pain points, and surface new opportunities for innovation.

Product Strategy and Roadmap Execution

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable product roadmaps that drive business value.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering to bring the roadmap to life through high-quality development.
  • Monitor product performance, customer experience metrics, and financial outcomes to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a passionate product evangelist, communicating Noggin’s value proposition and new product developments to customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • 3+ years delivering enterprise software solutions to large customers.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies; Agile qualifications preferred.
  • Track record of owning the full software development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery.
  • Skilled in defining requirements, features, and designs for cloud-based SaaS solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable navigating complex challenges.
  • Natural leadership and influencing abilities across cross-functional teams.
