Legal Counsel, Türkiye伊斯坦布尔社招全职职位 ID：A34255职位描述Legal Counsel (Onsite) Territory: Türkiye Overview We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel responsible for Türkiye, as part of the growing Xiaomi International Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi`s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone. This position will directly report to the Head of Middle East Legal & GR Department. The offered Position is a great opportunity to manage multiple countries with autonomy and be part of Xiaomi’s expansion in the region. The position will include the following tasks: - Legal advice and research on laws and regulations; - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of international contracts; - Draft and localize guidelines, policies and templates; - Review of marketing material and marketing campaigns; - Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels; - Support in promoting the compliance program including antitrust and data privacy; - Liaise with the HQ legal and compliance team; - Assist in the further development of the legal department.职位要求Candidate Profile Mandatory - Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in Türkiye and admitted to Bar Association in Türkiye; however, we hire people not CVs, if you have much more PQE than requested, feel free to apply and if you fit we will find the right environment and career opportunity for you. - Proficient in English (English will be our language for communication and all interviews will be conducted in English.) - Strong commercial sense and pragmatism - Being able to prioritize and handle tight deadlines Candidates without the above mandatory qualification and proven experience/expertise cannot be considered.
