Job Description
Your Career
The Data Integrity Specialist is a critical individual contributor role responsible for the health, accuracy, and reliability of core business data across our sales and operational systems. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, focusing on enforcing data governance standards, driving data quality projects, and ensuring all stakeholders have the accurate information needed to make effective decisions.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized, proactive problem-solver with a strong acumen for the end-to-end software sales process and a deep commitment to data accuracy.
Your Impact
Data Governance and Quality Assurance
- Execute regular, periodic, and mass data maintenance and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and hygiene, focusing primarily on account and opportunity information.
- Design, build, and analyse reports and data visualizations (Dashboard) to proactively monitor and audit data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across systems.
- Define and enforce company data standards, policies, and processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Project Management and Optimization
- Identify, design, and formally advocate for opportunities to optimize data workflows, enhance scalability, and implement automation solutions.
- Manage optimization and data quality projects from inception through to completion, ensuring steady progress and alignment with business needs.
- Consult with downstream teams (e.g., Finance, Deal Desk, IT, Sales) to conduct comprehensive impact analysis of proposed data changes and optimization projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex, urgent, high-visibility data issues and escalations from Sales, Finance, Legal, IT and Deal Desk teams.
- Provide effective and frequent communication to cross-functional teams and stakeholders regarding project progress, data health metrics, and issue resolution status.
- Skilfully manage requestor expectations and escalations through appropriate internal channels.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years in a data governance, business systems, or sales operations role focused on data integrity and process execution.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the end-to-end software sales process and the relationship between sales data and downstream financial/legal functions.
- System Proficiency: Required experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory. Prior experience working with Power BI, Clari, Tableau Google Suite or similar cloud-based collaboration platforms and understanding of leveraging AI/Automation tools to enhance data integrity processes is preferred.
- Data & Analytics: Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of data quality issues.
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of operating independently to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Sales Operations and IT.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and lead process improvement or optimization projects.
- High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.
- This is a global role, requiring flexibility to work in shifts to support our worldwide teams and business needs
