MSS Security is currently seeking part-time security officers to support operations at Stockland, Birtinya. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, retailers, and visitors by delivering professional customer service, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and company protocols.

• Foot patrols, monitor and use of CCTV and radio communications systems
• Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
• Liaise with police and emergency response services
• Escort staff and customers where required

• Perform Concierge Duties

• Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
• Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
• Current QLD Security Licence – unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
• Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Current open driver license
• Working rights in Australia
• Master licence – 41299
• Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
• Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
• Current QLD Security Licence – unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
• Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• Current open driver license
• Working rights in Australia
• Master licence – 41299
