As Service Lead Product Manager, you will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Expanding PVS products’ Service portfolio and lead initiatives to match the Business Objectives.
- Driving profitable growth within the Channel Partner Portfolio including the ASC (Authorized Service Center) network in collaboration with IET Channels team and the Pumps Global Sales team. To accomplish this responsibility, you will focus on:
- Providing guidance and prioritization to Service Engineering Team and Global Sales team in the successful implementation of the various services growth initiatives, including increasing Installed Base penetration, upgrades, digital services capabilities (i.e., iStore), training Program and other proactive services campaigns..
- Driving the assessment of PVS Fleet status, review the IBO model.
- Lead and accomplish initiatives to apply AI to Service needs (i.e., spare parts, pricing, stock volumes prediction).
- Collaborating with Sourcing and Project Management to develop contractors and suppliers’ network to reduce Service lead times as needed.
- Providing Leadership with data analysis and KPI’s to measure Service business metrics established by the management.
Fuel Your Passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- 3-5 years exposure to Centrifugal Pumps and Valves Service products and customers is strongly desired.
- Strong oral and written English language communication skills.
