The Team

This position will form part of the Ecommerce Operations team, which is responsible for optimizing a premium online shopping and post-purchase experience by connecting digital excellence with operational precision in eCommerce —bringing the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands to life across every click. The eCommerce Operations team combines digital excellence with operational precision to enable and perform reliable, consumer-focused customer service and online experience by maintaining a high-performing platform and efficient support. It continuously optimizes site performance, payments & refunds, and customer service processes & delivery to enhance overall customer satisfaction and enable commercial performance (with positive P&L impact).

The Position

The most important in this role is your ability to switch between designing/analyzing and improving financial processes within the team and being a linking pin between other departments, specifically: finance, accounting and technical teams. As standardization and automating of processes is the key for Omnichannel to achieve its financial results, you have an impact by proactively identifying opportunities, best practices and areas to improve across projects and various systems. You are also actively advocating for the finance function and vision with other stakeholders, such as product owners, business analysts and a broad spectrum of colleagues.

• Involvement in Omnichannel projects with a focus on Sales-To-Cash reconciliation:
• Driving and supporting finance input in the process designs that include the correct business requirements, measures and resources
• Interact with a broad spectrum of business stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling, Warehouse, Project Teams, etc.) to understand the business needs and ensure alignment
• Build-up the End-To-End knowledge of business vs technical vs financial flows
• Create and maintain business process documentation
• Participate in Users Acceptance Testing & validation from a finance perspective
• Educate and train key/end-users
• A completed degree/equivalent in finance or other appropriate education (ex: technical)

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of finance, finance operations controlling or project management (retail & finance experience is a big plus)
• Experience in a complex business environment in different areas of finance; have know-how of at least one E2E process (e.g. Sales-to-Cash for POS)
• Moderate SAP knowledge is a must
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/VBA is a big plus
• Strong communication skills, team player, proactive
• Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
