Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality compliance.
Coordinate with project managers and field technicians to ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
Ensure proper maintenance and organization of all warehouse tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Conduct regular audits and report inventory discrepancies to management.
Perform end-of-day and end-of-week warehouse cleanup to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control (management experience preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Effective communication skills for coordinating between departments and vendors.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.
