Role Summary
As a Lead Personal Trust Associate, you’ll support Relationship Managers and clients by coordinating all aspects of personal trust and agency account administration. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and superior client service while helping manage daily operations and client relationships. Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Support Relationship Managers with client inquiries, transaction processing, and documentation to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex client issues and streamline administrative processes.
- Lead and mentor Personal Trust Assistant staff, including training, workflow coordination, and performance discussions.
- Review trust documents to ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage account activities such as opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining records.
- Assist with business development by preparing client presentations and supporting financial planning activities.
- Participate in projects and initiatives focused on improving efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.

Education & Experience
Required:
- Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Paralegal studies, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in banking, paralegal, trust, or investment administration, including customer service or operations support.
- 2+ years of knowledge in trust and investment products, services, and procedures.
Preferred:
- Experience supervising or mentoring administrative staff in a financial or trust environment.
