Job Description Summary
We are seeking an Enterprise Digital Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, to play a key role in managing enterprise-level digital assets, supporting web platforms, and enabling seamless integration across systems. This role is critical in ensuring marketing operations run smoothly, supporting brand initiatives, and maintaining consistency and accessibility across our digital ecosystem.Job Description
Digital Asset Management (Dam):
- Serve as the digital librarian, maintaining and updating a DAM of 74,000+ assets across foodservice and retail business units.
- Manage asset metadata, structure, and connections to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Support migrations to new digital platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimized performance.
- Update assets to align with evolving brand standards and guidelines.
Website & Platform Support:
- Monitor and resolve website issues caused by data transitions, platform changes, or system disruptions.
- Support enterprise adoption of AEM tools and platforms.
- Provide ongoing support for foodservice and retail websites, including brand initiative changes and regular content updates.
Retail Ecommerce Support:
- Audit retail brand eCommerce content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and optimization across the portfolio of brands.
- Support product setup processes by identifying gaps between MDM/new item setup and retailer website content.
Cross-Functional Support & Administration:
- Manage the PO process for North America Foodservice Marketing & Brand cost centers, including: PO creation, new vendor set-up, and budget reconciliation.
- Manage the Marketing & Innovation team newsletter, “The Trailblazer”.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (OPLs) for DAM and website processes.
- Provide support to the North America marketing team as needed.
- Assist the Portfolio Marketing Analyst with monitoring, reporting, and analysis to ensure continuity during high workload periods or absences.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in digital marketing operations or related roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems proactively, and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
