Job Summary

This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging them with compelling outreach, and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities.   

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $54k - 70K annually.  Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.  This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.   

Job Roles And Responsibilities

  • Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare organizations, building targeted prospect lists that align with Claritev’s ideal customer profile and strategic objectives.    
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social selling to engage prospects and schedule qualified meetings for Regional Vice Presidents.  
  • Build rapport and trust with healthcare/claims executives by demonstrating understanding of their challenges and articulating how Claritev’s solutions address their specific needs.    
  • Own the early stages of the sales process from initial contact through qualified opportunity handoff, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive lead information transfer.    
  • Partner closely with RVPs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes and contribute to overall team success and revenue goals.   
  • Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, discovery meetings, and sales progress.  
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

JOB SCOPE  
This position works under direct supervision in a self-directed and results oriented manner. This team, and motion, is new for the company, leading to many opportunities to create and influence new processes and standards. Core duties are highly repetitive in nature with frequent opportunities for creative and strategic adjustments.  

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):  

  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development roles, or client-facing roles  
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and commitment to achieving targets and continuous improvement    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging and skillfully conduct early-stage discovery    
  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify and prioritize high-value leads   
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively       
  • Creatively solve problems quickly and proactively while working within clear and approved messaging and value propositions     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft office, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic   
  • Experience in medical healthcare claims dealing with facilities, providers and members   
  • Familiarity with ‘value-selling’ and conducting ‘pain’ discovery    
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline development metrics
